I bought a vintage 4-flat in a rapidly gentrifying area. 

Also, I used to sell vintage home decor and furniture (loved it!).

Our next meet is Wednesday April 8th 2015 at pm at the Vintage Bar and Restaurant located at 171 Main st White plains NY  

while the portfolio is older than ten years, there's a vintage effect.

I already told them what I generally expected during the time they came out: floor replaced (faux hardwood throughout w/ new tile in bathroom & kitchen), new tub tiled all the way to ceiling, replace sink, replace mirror, new bathroom shelfing, new toilet, reface cabinets or new cabinets if cost efficient, new countertop, reframe all doors, replace baseboard, paint all rooms. 

AND for quite some time that extra CASH FAUX is just MY money coming back to me. 

The last batch of Hawaii investors that were convinced to sell Hawaii in 2006ish and "invest" in cash faux properties in the Midwest are pretty sad now. 

Most properties of this vintage have standard T111 siding.

Maybe just a quick coffee and dress down a lil, khakis and button up, no jewelry it anything that looks too expensive as this may be intimidating to people.
