I don't know anything about the market in Waco, but I'm happy to endorse Little Rock as a great place to invest, as one of the other members mentioned.

It is a bit mind blowing that we can now access such a vast resevoir of wisdom here, kinda makes up for all the time wasted on nonproductive internet crap:)The warchest therory has another downside; similiar to folks endorsing gold to hedge against catastrophe, what happens when the storm passes and you and everyone else now has to turn their gold into cash at the same time?

An attorney can handle the settlement of the transaction and all you need the title company to do is run the title on the property for you as if you were the end buyer and then issue an endorsement to the policy for the final owner.

@Raymond Lewis  I don't have any specific referrals in the space you're looking for but you can just punch in "YOUR CITY or AREA" plus "ATTORNEY" into the search window above and check out a few bios and people's past endorsements to zero in on someone that fits your ticket.

From a rental perspective, I couldn't endorse CC in general because I had better opportunities in other NC cities like Greenville.

As long as landlords refuse to pressure the relatively normal commissioners to behave responsibly they will keep deferring to Eudaly as she is making the most noise and getting the most headlines Saltzman is quitting and now Joanne Hardesty (of the Portland Tenant's Union and endorsed by Chloe) and Loretta Smith are running off in the fall.

I have seen more smaller companies getting good reviews but havent had any experience with any I would endorse.
