Hope you can use the downtime to figure out how you can get back... and exceed what the book signing was supposed to be.

Networking still works in this environment but it seems like you have to try harder and be more creative.My advice would be to spend the downtime doing some significant long-term planning.

Given now’s not a great time to find a tenant (the city just banned in-person showings), maybe I might as well use the downtime to furnish it and rent it out quicker and for a higher rate once a tenant is found?

I think it will trade and be a good investment for the next owner, as this "downtime" can be used to prep and market the space.
