Furnish or not furnish your rental property in downtown Austin?

I’m debating whether or not to furnish my one-bedroom condo in downtown Austin. Given now’s not a great time to find a tenant (the city just banned in-person showings), maybe I might as well use the downtime to furnish it and rent it out quicker and for a higher rate once a tenant is found? I know there are pros and cons to both furnishing and not furnishing. What are people’s thoughts for the downtown Austin area specifically? Given it’s a relatively small unit in a high rise, I’d imagine my target tenant pool is a white collar, millennial worker in the neighborhood, possibly someone who moved from out of state for a tech job downtown?
