House looks nice, but i would have to agree with the others, get rid of the furniture pictures and get some better pictures, preferably with a wide angle lens, this way you get more of the room and it makes them look bigger, my guess in looking at the pictures is that these are small rooms in the house.

The Hypersupply phase can last anything from 2-4 years before a recession hits.With the onset of this disrupter - the response to the Corona virus -the Fed has pre-empted the actions normally taken during the Recession to try to stimulate the economy but the drivers for this recession are not economically based and so this again skews the normal cycles.The best lens to to try to assess risk is to stay focused on the dynamics of the normal market - prices for multi-family properties are driven by the demand from investors - the competition for the properties is driven by both the desire for the business ( availability of investors) and the cashflow the property can produce in the future - the cashflow is determined by the space market - ie the market for rental space- the rental space market is driven by the employment market largely.

I got a new Moto G8 phone with a superwide lens and the pics of the well decorated occupied looked fabulous. 

A lot of people are only looking at things through a 1-2 year lens.  

What do you hope to accomplish going into 2023 through the real estate lens?

Maybe I'm just advocating to look at these guys with a different lens...Especially if you started in RE before low interest rates, low inventory, iBuyers, and technology made it faster for big budgets to find deals. 

I am looking for a good wife angle lens that is made for the iPhone 7plus, I want to use it to take listing pictures for my properties.

The costs look much smaller though when seen through the lens of a $300K loan.

You really should consider using a wide-angle lens to show more of what the property has to offer. 

Camera Quality, Lens Focal Length, Recording Retention and where are you storing recordings.
