Big Plans heading into 2023?
Hey everyone!
Hoping everyone had a great Thanksgiving and a wonderful start to the holiday season/end of 2022. I am trying to create some engagement on some of my posts, and I think the best way to do that is to share our goals for 2023. The real estate landscape is hoping to create more new investors as well people getting out there buying properties for their own personal needs.
What do you hope to accomplish going into 2023 through the real estate lens? I will start: I am going to create an LLC and start with my first investment property by the 6 month mark.
I have learned that if you speak something into the universe you have a higher likelihood of it happening, as opposed to saying "I hope" something will occur.
I want to hear from you though, let me know what you ARE going to accomplish in 2023!

Congrats on taking the first steps to actively invest in real estate in the new year - even though we saw some market volatility over the past 6 months, rates have finally stabilized for the most part and have gotten investors excited. I think having a timeline to perform all of your due diligence before you dive in is a great plan - good luck!
