Your a direct threat to BP itself and EVERY post any of us have ever made Bob, because you desecrate any validity and legitimacy of the content and thus ALL of us contributing too BP.

I have surpassed that in about 2.5 years, and do feel that the $10 K number is where I would feel 'safe and content with' while having a mortgage payment down to almost 0.

I’ve never closed a deal but I'm just gonna jump head first into it but I have been studying and reading lots and taking in content, I’ve done my due diligence.
