I'm not sure if you listen consistently to BP podcast, they actually just released an episode that would probably be useful! 

The Ohio market is very strong and competitive, so people struggle to find deals with consistently great margins on flips, etc.

If you have a network of a couple consistent buyers, that's all you'll ever need.

Very happy with them overall, but the costs/fees can be higher than others (but he said the funding was very competitive/consistent).

Essentially, your new replacement property will consist of (1) a thirty plus year ground lease on the real property you already own; and (2) new capital improvements made on the real property you already own pursuant to the new thirty plus year ground lease.

Consistency is the key to success.

I have had some responses but still no consistency.  

Not alot of confidence in any existing rentals as consistent indciators but I feel like so many homes are 1/2 rentals and don't tell the whole story.Anyone have any insight into the Cashiers/Highlands/Sapphire/Lake Toxaway markets to share? 

I’m learning that time, consistency, and patience are helpful.
