BTW, did you book the United flight using the Air Canada portal?

For the minor stain, I would probably get in touch with the cleaner to confirm whether it was there before and/or to correct the issue but again your property manager should probably be doing that. 

We did hit $70k in year's past, just had a down year due to a crappy cleaner earlier in the year.

It's performed well (except for the air conditioner broke) but was also more work than anticipated.Part of the question with regards to house-hacking is your current living situation. 

Every contact I needed for insurance, mortgage and cleaners were done online, mostly through connections from BP. 

hmm, I definitely would like a video tour when booking air bnbs.

I help my cleaner in the busy season (although I still can't fold a fitted sheet properly!).  

Also, our cleaners will report property issues to us through Breezeway and we manage all of the repairs and consumables.
