I don't see insurance companies pulling out of the STR market across the board. 

I completed the purchase of 2 quads with you within the last 6 months and my experience with Southern Impression and Suncoast has been the polar opposite...you have missed pro forma across the board.

Assessors know who the pita's are, those same assessors have to sit on the board and answer every appeal.

While I don't believe that you need a full blown business plan, strict operational budget, timeline, scrum board, etc...

There was a hole in one of the ceilings, the back door was boarded shut, no gutters on the property, several windows were broken, standing water on the basement floor,  the list goes on.

If you could a way to tokenize good deals I might be on board but I don't want anything to do with the distressed income deals you will likely be able to source unless I had ownership rights and could fix the problems causing the distress.

I would pay the bill and chalk it up to a lesson learned.

The samgsung seems to have problems with the ice maker and circuit board in general.
