What you can require legally changes depending on your location. - If you make the above clear in the listing, you will immediately get fewer applicants.

I am renting my new STr out later this year might place a camera indoors as well as changing locks and wanting outdoor cameras.

@Anthony Chan If you underreported depreciation on your rental condo, Form 3115 (Change in Accounting Method) allows you to claim all missed depreciation in the year of sale without amending past returns.

I’m guessing she changed titles to dodge the SEC but I have no actual proof of that.
