@Nick Shingleton The area immediately around Crown Hill cemetery is rough, as evidenced by all of the houses under $50k currently listed for sale.

UC will only take over so much as the cemetery is a clear demarcation.

It does not include a cemetery lot or right of burial in any cemetery; nor does it include the renting of a mobile home lot or recreational vehicle mobile home park or travel park.

I like to be the first to contact them and if they are still at the cemetery when I send my first letter it is perfect as far as I am concerned.
