BUT, all you have to do is roll up the sleeves and do some work, locate the good markets and not just those popularly written about and broadcast to the world, because if a market is popularly known it's gonna get bid up. 

@Paul S. i wouldn't broadcast your business model like that to the OOS folks...and from what i can tell still, detroit could serious use the money from outside of the state.
