And large hedgefunds also to the same, they sell a large amount of homes in a group to another hedgefund.

In my experience, a large percentage of them are fully functional adults that refuse to take personal responsibility for their lives, which is why they are receiving free rent from taxpayers instead of working for a living.

To answer your question: yes, large studies released by the bigger brokerages have shown Phoenix and other sunbelt markets showing overall rent declines.
