I'm being advised by the business credit card service that I should be able use a site such as Plastiq or Melio to make a ACH transfer into an escrow account, that would then be used as proof of funds for the hard money lender.

The tenant submits payment by ACH transaction to erentpayment and then they send it to whatever account you want.

If you want to accurately record payment you can use ACH bank to bank transfers through one platform like say apartments.com.

I'm not sure where those banks have all their locations, but it has been quite the difficult task finding a bank to work with me on this one...Now to the property managing softwares that can allow me to have multiple bank accounts to receive ACHs without paying crazy amounts of fees and providing proof of registration with the state....ugh... good luck!

@Brent Kiger I've been using rentigo for a while now and am really happy - @Cornelius Dudley is right - the tenants pay a service fee for using credit card or ACH and I'm assuming that's where they make their money from.
