Many cost seg firms use a statistical sampling or computer generated modeling approach which is a bit cheaper since it's less work, but it's inherently inaccurate so it generally leaves money on the table or worse overstates qualifying assets.

Once the paperwork is submitted and inspection takes place, we write up the lease which the tenant signs along with a bit of paperwork from the Section 8 office, and we schedule a move in.In our experience, tenants who hold vouchers are statistically just as good as any other tenant.

Median income is 117k, Median home price is $370kIn Palo Alto,CA, median income is 178k, Median home price is $3,200,000Cleveland median income is 92k btw...So Milwaukee still has long appreciation play that can still be supported by people income, what I don't understand is whether the statistic is accurate, I thought the income in that zip code is only 50k.
