So if it were a drug offense you could follow it from the person being pulled over and read the police report, all the way through adjudication where you can see if they just had to pay a fine, or went to jail, or whatever.What I can tell you is that you want to be picky about placing a good tenant.  

I never had the choice to join the military or the police/fire dept. in a First Responder capacity. 

I don’t want to give them more info/ammo than necessary.I would tell them to call the police if needed for the fights and that you have checked on the smoking issue and it's been denied.

In regards to your last post, can you get a police report showing the activity? 

A paper trail allowing them to see what work was done while also seeing who did the work will deliver more polished products and accountability from all parties.

It didn't occur to me until we had lots of problems, and then I asked a friend who is a police officer. 

Look at SF  Portland and Seattle.. big movement back to the burbs because of companies leaving. now they are leaving because of defund the police and homeless and other social issues have made living there undesirable to many..

Which also means he may not end up with much money  back to the sell it all or cash out refi  Are you you going to try to have two insurance polices: (cousin a’s home owners policy and cousin b’s landlord policy?
