This one will cash flow a little when we move out but it was a bit more of a long term play for us (5-10) years, so we need the time to make it worth it.

No one can predict the future but generally speaking you are probably fine over the long run.Did your Realtor not mention the proximity to the freeway?

In 2024 I can't do roofs anymore for 8k, so adjusting for inflation the 60k is probably going to be more like 80k.So how do you make this work long term?

We live in Northern Florida and manage our 10 long term rentals and do flips in northern Florida and we decided not to go that route with this south Florida home after we started digging into it.  

Now, I’m back and excited to start growing my portfolio for long-term investment.
