Hi Gabriel, as a hard money lender we don't ask question regarding employment but we want to see 6 months of bank statements and some cash flow.

Thanks for the quick reply Gabriela, I do agree that it is more on of the expensive side but it was built in the last few years and it's in a good location so I can see why they have it listed for that price.
