Parts are good, part not such much (murder capital of NYS if I recall).I think Pok is high in price ... it has been fished for a while. 

I live in new construction in Downtown Crown, but I did buy fully aware that appreciation would be stagnant for the most part.I think those EYAs are outside the Rockville city limits which is a slight plus for the tax situation.

There are still deals in the eastern sections of Bed-Stuy and Crown Heights (closer to Broadway Junction) around the $1.2mm price point and Sunset Park at the $1.4mm price point.
