Don't make the assumption on funds with tax season over they may be more flush than you haha!  

There is absolutely some who are very seasoned and experienced at each, and "noob" at each. 

If your plan is doing STR with PM then to you it's probably not that much difference other than the income will fluctuate from season to season.
