So I stand corrected on appreciation for B areas in Montgomery - however, Huntsville, by comparison, has seen a higher appreciation rate for B areas, so relatively speaking, the appreciation perhaps is still not as robust as other areas of Alabama.

It's just that core inflation need to be under 3% for four quarters for this to happen in robust way.Again this is chicken and egg problem LOL but 60% chance we would see 5% rates again at least in 20 months.ps: I am still able to secure low 5% rate this year LOL it's just my timing is perfect.
