My apologies for my misunderstanding of the question, but you are looking for someone to take pictures of properties you are interested in and send them to you, or someone who does professional photography of properties you already own? 

I think people misunderstand how many buyers are out there and how competitive it really is to place capital value add or stabilized for good properties.   

Maybe I am misunderstanding the question, but I would talk to your lender and see how much of your mortgage you are able to offset with your rental income to position you for another loan.
