Dmitriy do you have experience real estate over here at Staten island ?

We live in Erie and while you are correct that some of the big companies have laid off a lot in the last dozen years, it's still the largest city in northwestern PA.

Long Island has a few monthly meetups.

The area is very close to Johns Hopkins hospital and adjacent to one of the largest PUDs (Planned Unit Development, whatever that means?)

Has anyone had a good experience with a 1031 exchange qualified intermediary in Rhode Island? 

An older building in which all the units or most of them are in original condition, this is where your upgrades will have the largest impact. 

I really wish this was an option because this would obviously be our largest ROI, undfortunately, the lot is a corner lot that and has a 25 ft setback off the Main Street it parallels, then with duplexes we have to have a 10 ft setback on the opposite side of the lot between the houses.
