An integrated security and alarm system can be more effective, but you are spending a lot of cost up front on systems, and a continuing drain for monitoring.

You learn so much about the operator of a portfolio during the underwriting and due diligence process and we were fortunate to be dealing with people of integrity and skill on this one!

They don't have integration to Facebook, but we have a shared Facebook account that uses the same Google Voice phone number and email.
