It will be 500k minimum up to 25 million and you qualify like a regular loan with full underwriting but it's a praticipation with the Fed. 4 year loan 1 or 3 month libor =300 basis points. 1pt servicing fee and 1 pt fee to Fed.

The problem is the Fed isn't making it easy on us by keeping rates near zero because you have start scaling up the risk just to stay equal, nevermind ahead of inflation.I had two different funds in two different accounts and both had the number one goal of protecting capital.

And to top it off:Very little furniture, lots of dump runs, sometime the grass and landscape get neglected for a couple weeks, always sweeping and vacuuming up dust, painters tape stuck to your clothes, joint compound imbedded into your jeans, tools scattered around the house, half a wall is opened, trim isn't done....

We have even had tenants cuss out the inspector for failing a house over a minor infraction (grass was about one inch higher than the inspector felt it should be)
