The thought of being able to get up out of bed on any morning and decide I want to go to Paris or New York today seems like a dream because to me that's what life should be about -- making experiences every single day.This is the start of a big journey in my life and I hope I can meet some great people along the way and being in this community of like-minded individuals I know that I will!

Before the skyrocketing prices the plan was to sell a pair and 1031 into one dream property that might someday become a primary.

What of the biggest dream killers is lack of knowledge, which leads to fear, which leads to doubt and ultimately inaction.

I work in lead generation for an international ecommerce company.I use AI and semi-automated systems to identify and contact prospective leads for my clients business.So, I have a plan... to use my leadgen knowledge and systems to source commercial property for investors.And one day I hope to make enough to purchase my own dream property, a small farm not to far from the sea is my goal.

The real money is to be made in appreciation and equity, and that's a great reminder for me, as I keep dreaming of my cashflow being my escape from the 9-5 that I am narrowing my focus a little too much.

And still, all the people with dreams of long distance investing will pretend that none of these things could happen to them.

I want to get deeper into real estate as that has always been my dream, just never pulled the trigger on any other deals for a nunber of reasons.

I am all for going for your dreams, but why are you going into real estate right now?

Real estate investing is so amazing, but when I keep seeing these predictions over and over it gets discouraging - do young people like me actually have a chance to achieve our dreams?
