We picked $200 and will have a nice family dinner, buy the kids Christmas gifts, and still thinking about what to do with what's left LOLOk, BP community... help me on a permanent corrective action.

Having a place they can occupy themselves while the wife and I chill and watch them, (or make dinner, plan for the next day, etc) serious value add!

Spending time at my parents cottage, thrift shopping, gardening with my son, and listening to the BP podcasts while making dinner or washing dishes.

They wont have to miss a kids baseball game to show a house, leave dinner to talk to a tenant about a flood, and for the peace of mind they are willing to give up some of their profit to take that off their plate.I will say this too if you look over BP and see PM bashing a lot of it comes from experiences of being hosed by a PM over repairs, bogus expenses, etc.

We did a lot of Sunday dinners, free childcare, and even rent assistance as needed.

At great peril to my liberty I have hacked his daily schedule...8 am:   Wake up in Portugal and be thankful that I achieved my dream of living abroad in a non-extraditable country, Count Money8-9 am:  Chant with Natalie using crystal to overcome any soul challenge, Count Money9-10 am:  Shower, Breakfast, read and delete nasty comments on social media, Count Money10-noon:   Count money, eat lunch (reminder to yell at in-house chef for cooking steak to medium rare vs. rare)noon-2 pm:  Consult with business and legal team on how to keep the plates spinning so I can Count Money2-4 pm:  Film new YouTube video sitting on pile of money (off Screen)4-4:15 pm:  Dodge call from mom asking for bailout for investing in houses, Count Money4:15-6 pm:   Find a way to sue @James Wise, Count Money6-8 pm:   Late dinner, meditation session (For minor "soul issues" that don't rise to level of "Soul Challenges", Count Money8-10 pm:  Read book "Dummies Guide to Hiding Assets", Count MoneyYou are clearly his 4:15 - 6 pm slot James.    

But the idea that in my 40’s I’ll be debt free with big big bucks rolling in is better than that extra fancy dinner per month per property.

BTW, I think a better way to go would be to find a mentor you could take to lunch/dinner once a week instead.

That costs you nothing.Send them a thank you card and maybe a gift certificate at a gas station, maybe dinner!

Gotta take them to dinner first?
