Also on Craigslist, click on the bold letters that say "for sale". 

But whatever you do, think BOLD.

Definitely recommend something more bold.

As far as smokers and other non-protected classes you want to avoid, just put NO SMOKERS in your ad in large bold letters.  

I've had to contact lawyers about similar problems in the past and have updated your letter to reflect what I learned (see print in bold).
