Hey Justin!
I 100% recommend a mentor as your venture in your journey. The way I found mine was through my local real estate meet up. I realized he was the person I wanted to become one day and we had similar values. There’s a lot of people that can mentor you but if you want a great experience find someone that you can connect with on a personal level as well as business. A lot of people can take you where you need to go but its the relationships that you make that really make the difference.

Welcome to real estate and note investing.
100% agree with finding a mentor or a group. Note investing is very detail oriented and some level of education is required.

Welcome, @Justin George! A lot of us have free, quality content on our websites. We have a free 74-page e-book that I recommend, but many others on here also have excellent resources available.
There are many niches within this niche, so even if you decide to pursue note investing, I recommend narrowing your focus even more than that. Everyone's situation is different.
