New to Real Estate in General, but interesting in Notes Investing

Hi everyone!

Title says it all, but I'm very new to the real estate scene, but I'm interesting in notes investing. I just finished reading How to Invest in Real Estate: The Ultimate Beginner's Guide and Real Estate Note Investing. 100% looking for a mentor, but really even shorts chat about note investing would be great and totally open to general conversation about real estate as well. Any other recommendations for reading would be highly appreciated!
