What are some common investment devices for rental properties?

We're mainly drinking buddies and our kids play sports together, but I think I'd be foolish not to have this conversation with a few of them and just see where it goes.  

I'm comfortable on the job site as a project manager, talking to customers for new sales and issues that arise during construction, and in the office as an estimator, scheduler, and materials coordinator. 15+ years in the medical device industry as a mechanical engineer.

Maybe it depends on what device/platform you're viewing it on because when I look at his pic on my iPhone or my iPad it's still sideways. 

A not as good choice but still better than what you have, is to use one of those 3rd party devices that you can snap on to your cell phone to give you a wide angle lens.

I have not used this type of device so full research would be recommended.

If it has a piston for a metering device, you will be fine.
