I have another managing broker friend here in Chicago, that has automated a lot of the data using info sparks for all the major Chicago neighborhoods...... may be something to consider if you aren't already doing that for specific areas you are working in.

After I establish a primary residence, I plan on building a portfolio of buy and hold single unit and/or multifamily rental properties in Reno, Sparks, or even Fernley, NV (or elsewhere, depending on where my research takes me). 

I was looking at properties on Zillow just to gauge the market and it seems similar in both Vegas/Henderson and Reno/Sparks.

I have Capital One Spark business credit cards which I believe report to D&B. 

I doubt the validity of this method but opted to attend because it was local, relatively inexpensive and creative enough to spark my interest.
