marketing for leads to deals, or outsourcing overseas for calling is doable and systematic....but for deeper follow-up, and getting a contract, physical seeing property, dealing reality, how do you outsource, partner or hire for that?

So that should be your target Seller: Ma and Pa, "salt of the earth" type people who are willing to let you take a sawzall and chop saw to their asset worth hundreds of thousands of $$$.I think it's doable, but don't be surprised if it's not as easy as the rosy picture you paint.

Because I’m not willing to cut my living expenses by living in my car, I think I will either have to move to a cheaper market (doable because I’m single) and/or find a better paying W2 job.
