In my house hack I provide just a microwave and small refrigerator in the private room and that seems to be all the guests need!

Currently they are complaining that the refrigerator temperature is hard to micromanage and that the freezer door seal is a little "leaky".

I also bought a mold test kit from Home Depot and set it on top of the refrigerator.

I relocated refrigerator but forgot to add the plug in...

It doesn't have a refrigerator or stove.My question: Should I buy a used(habitat for humanity store) or brand new fridge and stove?

The refrigerator always seems to have some gross stinky mystery stain that requires deodorizing and scrubbing.

I provided nice, used refrigerators and stoves in both, and made sure the kitchens were the nicest rooms in the house.

I did negotiate $2500 from the seller at closing to replace one of the refrigerators.   

To my surprise, they built a kitchen (electric stove, sink and refrigerator) in the downstairs wash room.
