A gross bathtub and outdated plumbing.AFTER - A wonderfully remodeled modern bathroom.I will definitely need to get more pictures.Fun story -- behind the old medicine cabinet, in the wall, my contractor found probably around 100 used, rusty razor blades.

I want to appeal to the young professionals that are looking for a short commute to work/downtown amenities without the sky high rents so we will sit somewhere between the few remaining rundown properties (where ours currently could be categorized) and the modern downtown units.

I personally love the mid-century modern 'sensibility' but having a hard time convincing my client that it would be a worthwhile investment.It's a hi-rise apartment unit being sold in "vintage" condition - the kitchen is original from 1964, even the oven!
