I'm far from one of the most knowledgable members  ... if Bill G or Dion see that they'll fall off their perches.I'm just an engineer with keen interest on energy efficiency and healthy buildings.

I tend to want to put down as little as possible, while maintaining a healthy positive cash flow(income after ALL expenses).  

These units in another market with a moderately healthy economy would go for much more than what I can get.

@Chris Drumm I don't think that's bad at all; as long as you're cash flowing a healthy amount each month, you should be fine.
