Austin is hot, no doubt about it...rents are increasing rapidly at 19.9% annually and is forecasted to increase by 8.6% according to Yardi Matrix.

Its growing rapidly and we have a lot to offer here in NC.

We have a shortage of housing and because we are surrounded by mountains it's hard to build so the supply is rapidly shirking driving rents.

Packwood, like many cabin markets, is appreciating rapidly, and I think it’s a good place for Airbnb investors.

Hilton Head has more golf courses per capita than anywhere else in the country.

Don't expect them to spend a lot of time on this up-front conversation, but they probably will be willing to give you some top-of-head numbers in the process of looking for another possible client.
