I run a few different businesses and my one property in Maui under a LLC has been put on the back burner due to the others having a large financial commitment. 

Office space is going to be fat that gets trimmed to help keep companies afloat.

For example, a log burner in the fireplace (never had a single tenant use the fireplace so this is a new one). 

Man I have to agree with you, some buyers are like that, but of you list is fat as all heck, while he is waiting for someone to turn on the utilities, someone else is at the closing table with cash in hand.
