Hey guys, I have a buyer that wants to have the house inspected before he buys. He said the gas and water had to be on at this time. When we are going to assign the property how do we go about this?
Thanks for your help
DG

The seller doesnt need to know that the inspection is not for you. As far as they know you are doing your due diligence, right? There is nothing wrong with that. Plus, I am assuming you have it clearly stated in the purchase contract that the property is to be available to you for inspection AND that the contract is assignable. It [i]should be a non-issue.
