Wassup team, how everybody doing? Hope all is well, hope those houses aint whooping your *** are they? I just wanted to share with everyone something that has made a better life for me in general, not just real estate. Thanks to Sean Terry and his #1 Real Estate Podcast, I have built the confidence and knowledge to land my first deal this week. Yes I did say this week so stay tuned with my progress. Today I've found my escrow attorney I will be using, I networked with a few wholesalers who offered to JV with me. I also got my first batch of yellow letters out in the mail today so HELL YEA I'm pumped like a drank 10 Monsters. WHEW!!! This is finna be a crazy take off for me and my family because nothing can convince me that I will not be successful in this busiiness. I hope yall are serious out there with this wholesaling. It's so simple that its unbelievalbe. All it takes it a little action, and BAM! you see results just like that. BiggerPockets for me in the future. Fat checks and fast cash is my motivation.
