If you have performed rehab, my favorite programs offer both no seasoning and 90-day seasoning requirements to use the appraised value as the basis for your loan.

This includes the bed frames and mattresses, both of which are the Zinus brand off of Amazon (shout out to Robuilt for the recs on those!)

This can all be a non issue with SFR.That said, we do manage quite a few condos and they can certainly perform. 

Don't they report on their historical returns and then say that past performance doesn't guarantee future yada yada yada? 

@Darrell Kirby, the typical sales contract in my state would provide for 2 basic possibilities if a buyer didn't perform according to the contract. 1.

They are eliminating the brand over time.
