I expect better opportunities in the future, but I want to learn if the juice is worth the squeeze that is how much headaches is landlording anyways.

I sleep at night, have very little stress, I'm able to travel, my belly is full, have plenty of time.

The more unrelated tenants on a lot (which was ultimately intended for a single-family), especially if sharing walls, just increases your chances for headaches so the juice isn't worth the squeeze for my location which is mostly families.

No doubt @Inetta Bell is a cheerleader as well.

You should have enough juice in your deal to afford to pay a commission to an agent.

While I personally like the interest only period a lot, it normally just helps you juice your cash flow a lot after stabilizing a property.
