What can top a bunch of inbred, drunk and drug addicted child abusers who like to run naked in the rain down a busy city street?

Lack of personal responsibility, lack of motivation, lack of ability to see a hopeful future, nothing to loose so they become addicts and thugs, laziness, and rampant entitlement who can make just as much on welfare entitlement programs if they have kids than if they actually have a job.

Their construction team is a revolving door of drug addicts and illegals, who do bare minimum patch jobs and then they seek out poor renters who usually are low income with bad credit but are in situations where they need somewhere to move ASAP because they are getting evicted from their current living situation.
