My wife wants me to sell my Chevy toy car to get the money but I'm trying to hold out for another way!

Ive helped organize the well known Orange Blossom Festival Downtown Mission Inn, Toys for Tots programs, After School programs and so many other special events as well, and these parents have more of a dedication then others when it comes to buying a home.So if anybody wants to hear more on what I have planned.

Now if the flood was entirely their fault  like due to a kid toy in the toilet I would not discount the rent but that is not the case here.   

But again if you are not paying the utilities then its a lost cause just to have come cool toys for this market.

Customized invoices, online payments, automated reconciliation (not fully automated) and a hundred other nifty toys. 

Hi Jon, Thanks for comments and I concur and accept that I will have to go through a lot of no's before I get to yes with REOs.

The kids are always on my side of the complex throwing down garbage, running around and they dig all my daughter's outside toys out and throw them all over the yard.  

The idea of putting a dilapidated old shack hit and I am toying with the idea.
