I skimmed through other peoples post and not sure if anyone mentioned this but here's something to think about.

Any person who wilfully engages in a pattern of equity skimming is guilty of a class B felony under RCW 9A.20.021.

I keep seeing posts about "you should be careful" and "you can get in a lot of trouble" for working with homeowners in foreclosure.I hear people say "some states have laws" to protect homeowners in foreclosure, and "Equity Skimming laws" etc etc.My question has two parts... 1.

Remember you are making an INVESTMENT not buying a gallon of milk at Wal-Mart. 

But, times change and as he says on the Big Short "that's spilt milk under the bridge".
