So keep this in mind when you don't see floks of investor volunteering their best contacts they spent years and thousands to find. Here are a few tips on how to find contractors in Milwaukee:- Facebook has a lot of contractor groups and also your friends may know someone- keep your eyes open when at Mendards or Home Depot- you find professional trades in new subdivisions: builders don't pay that much and expect top quality- you can also check at places like Zuern or Bliffert (contractor supply)- when you drive around keep your eyes out for work trucks with names and phone numbers- ask contractors, they know each other (and who needs more work)- places like Sherwin Williams, Ace Hardware etc also have buisness cards on display (hint: don't look in Whitefish Bay or Brookfield if you want a reasonably priced contractor)If you find a good one, treat them well, pay them fast and make their life easy.
