Look at milk, butter, eggs, beef, etc.

If you hold the note you are basically covering just above inflation and get paid off in 3 years and can recycle the money.If its a A or B area I would rent, if its a C I would sell owner financing.

That’s across 14 deals it’s a little more complicated then a post could show but similar to @Michael Ealy showed in his post it wasnt penniesI do think I learned enough that I could do it next time with a lot less upfront cash....just purchase all up front and recycle the Reno funds.
