@Aaron Thivierge I agree I try not to put all my eggs into one investor basket, but I am new and I kept telling myself to take it for what's worth and lol I fell short of that.

I fell into a bit of that trap where nothing was working and I just gave up.That being said, the market was just too high in terms of entry for me since I had no access to financing, couple that with being a bit impatient and yeah I took my cash out of state.  

I about fell over.
