Hello BP members,

I'm new to real estate investing in Florida, and I'm looking for a realtor to work with in the Miami area. I'm currently shopping for 1-4 unit properties. I currently have one Fannie Mae Homepath property I'd like to put a bid in on, so we could get started with that.
