Adding a camera system (outside only), wifi touchpad lock, wifi thermostat, etc are some of the simple solutions. 

Keep a dated journal of your experience, install a security camera for video evidence.Make all interactions with him in writing, and always write your interaction as if a judge will read them 6 months later, don't antagonize or be passive aggressive, just factually state the problem and your reasonably requested solution, in a polite and neutral way.of course, none of that will probably work, but, it will be proof that you were reasonable and rational about the issues and it will probably show the neighbors antagonistic demeanor.Be real careful, that is real crazy to get a fan to intentionally blow smoke towards you.

I can see that auto-locking with a camera is the answer but the income would not justify it. one washer and dryer for one or two tenants would never pay for the needed construction.

I do not need a security camera or alarm system.

We were home for ALL the kids going through high school, didn't miss any of their events & we had a nanny for 15 years.

I was thinking of placing cameras so I have something against her if this happens again but I'm curious to hear your advice.Thanks.

I really don’t know what is going on, its almost like I'm on some candid camera show.

You can also put in a camera to monitor if you are really concerned. 

My wife & I have flipped 17 houses since we started and I always took my own pictures with my phone or digital camera, never thought it made a difference. 

They look huge or its just the camera lens that throwing it off.
